ISCM2017 does not provide hotel rooms for Accompanying Persons. However, hotel rooms are single or double occupancy for the same rate. Therefore, an Accompanying Person may share a room with a First or Second Delegate at no extra charge. Accompanying Persons do need to purchase breakfasts at CAD $25 per day if they wish to eat with the First Delegates. The Official Hotel of ISCM2017 is the Sandman Hotel Vancouver City Centre (www.sandmanhotels.com). A limited number of rooms are available at the Official Hotel for ISCM2017 at a discounted rate of CAD $109 – CAD $129 plus applicable taxes. Rooms may be booked for the dates October 31, 2017 – November 11, 2017 inclusive. The number of rooms available at this rate is limited and may not be available when you book, so please book early. Please note that ISCM2017 concert venues are not large and we need to ensure space is available to the general public. Therefore, we are not able to offer Second Delegates or Accompanying Persons complimentary concert tickets. You will have a code giving access to significantly discounted prices. Concert tickets go on sale September 5, 2017 on a first come, first served basis. We expect that some concerts will sell out early and some people will not be able to hear them. You are encouraged to purchase your concert tickets online as early as possible after September 5 at www.iscm2017.ca. Thank you for your understanding.
